By accessing or using Credge Technologies' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
Credge Technologies provides custom software development services including but not limited to web applications, mobile applications, desktop software, and consulting services. Specific deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
Each project is governed by a separate agreement outlining scope, timelines, payment terms, and deliverables. Both parties must sign the project agreement before work commences.
Client-Owned IP: Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and deliverables become the property of the client, except for:
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Typical terms include an upfront deposit, milestone-based payments, and final payment upon project completion and acceptance.
We provide a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) for bug fixes after project delivery. Extended support and maintenance can be purchased separately. We do not guarantee that software will be error-free in all conditions.
Credge Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. We can sign NDAs upon request before project discussions.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
